The more stringent guidelines issued by our regulator, National Credit Union Administration, for setting up passwords in HomeBranch Internet Banking are now in effect.

The specific criteria for setting up your password are:

1. a minimum of 6 characters
2. a maximum of 10 characters
3. 1 of the characters must be numeric
4. 1 must be lower case
5. 1 must be upper case
6. 1 must be a special character (e.g. #,$,*,etc.)

Changing the password will be optional for existing HomeBranch users until they choose to make the change. All new HomeBranch applicants are required to set their password up using the new guidelines.

This additional layer of security will strengthen the overall security of our internet accessible accounts.
