HealthNet Federal Credit Union was founded in 1955 to serve the financial needs of the
employees of Baptist Memorial Hospital located in
Memphis, Tennessee. Over the
years, our
organization has grown to over 7,200 members with assets of $32.5 million. We are a full service financial institution dedicated to providing
quality services to the working employees and families of the Healthcare community.
As a non-profit cooperative, we offer higher rates on your invested dollars and provide
low
cost loans to meet your financial needs.

Membership Eligibility
The field of membership includes employees, independent contractors, or self-employed persons who work regularly in the Healthcare Industry in Shelby, Lauderdale, or Henderson Counties, Tennessee, or Desoto, Lafayette, Union or Prentis Counties, Mississippi, or St. Francis, Mississippi, or Fulton Counties, Arkansas, meaning they work at or provide the following services or products:
- Assisted living facilities that provide health care services;
- Birthing centers;
- Blood, organ and tissue banks;
- Health clinics;
- Health maintenance organizations (HMO) medical facilities;
- Home health care;
- Hospices;
- Hospitals;
- Medical and diagnostic labs;
- Medical transcription services;
- Nursing homes;
- Nursing services;
- Offices of chiropractors, dentists, licensed therapists, optometrists, physicians, podiatrists, psychologists;
- Pain centers;
- Paramedic services;
- Pharmacy services; and
- Rehabilitation centers providing medical treatment or licensed psychological or physical therapy.
