The Specific Criteria for Setting Your Password
A minimum of 8 characters
A maximum of 10 characters
1 of the characters must be numeric
1 must be lower case
1 must be upper case
1 must be a special character (e.g. #, $, *, @, %, ect.)
There cannot be repeating characters (e.g. aaa, ccc, etc.)
There cannot be any ascending or descending patters (e.g. abc, 123, cba, 321, etc.)

HealthNet FCU will not transmit sensitive or personal information that can compromise or violate a user’s privacy when communicating via email.

If you ever receive an email appearing to be from HealthNet Federal Credit Union that asks for personal information such as your Account Number or Social Security Number, do not respond to the email. Please notify us immediately at (901) 226-1111.
